How do I place an order?
Choose a creation, pick your options, and add it to your bag. Send your order request by email. We'll confirm the details, final price, delivery arrangements, and payment before printing begins.
Can I choose my own colors or artwork?
Yes. Product options show available choices and any listed add-on prices. Other colors and artwork can be requested for us to review. Custom artwork depends on the design, print area, and your permission to use it. We coordinate photo files by email.
I'm local. Can we arrange pickup?
We're based in Heath, Ohio. Select local pickup in your request and we'll coordinate the details with you. If you're farther away, request shipping and we'll confirm availability and cost before you pay.
How long does a custom creation take?
Timing depends on the design, personalization, and our print queue. Tell us if you have an occasion or deadline. We'll confirm what is possible before you commit.
What should I know about 3D-printed products?
Layer lines and small surface variations are part of the process. Colors can look different on screen. If an item needs a specific fit, tell us the measurements. Keep prints away from high heat and ask about suitability for your intended use.
