A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before we
press print.

A little clarity on choosing a print, making it personal, and getting it into your hands.

How do I request an order?

Choose a product, select your options, and add it to your bag. Send your request so we can confirm the design, availability, total and timing with you. A request is not a confirmed order and does not take payment.

Do I need a finished design or a 3D model?

No. A description, sketch, photograph or everyday problem is enough to start a conversation. Tell us what the piece needs to do and any measurements that matter. Design or modeling work is discussed and quoted before it begins.

Can I add a photo, name or message?

Yes, where the chosen design allows it. Personal text starts at +$3 and artwork at +$5 per item. Detail, placement and print requirements can affect the quote. Photo products already include the personal image described in their base price.

Why do some customizations cost more?

A small detail can affect many printed layers. Repeated material changes, extra printer time and design preparation can all affect the cost. Textures can add preparation or print time without changing colors. Read our plain-language guide to multicolor printing.

How long will my order take?

For confirmed orders, once the deposit is paid and the project has started, our usual local-meetup completion window is 3–7 business days. Design complexity, materials, the print queue and printing issues can affect this. Tell us about any deadline before confirming; shipping time is separate.

Where are you based?

We’re based in Heath, Ohio, serving Heath, Newark, Granville and Utica. Local pickup or delivery is by arrangement. We don’t publish a walk-in shop address.

Can you ship my order?

Ask for a shipping quote with your request and include your ZIP code. We’ll confirm availability, cost and timing for your order before you commit.

When and how do I pay?

Only after we agree on your order. A 50% deposit is due before work begins, with the balance due upon completion or delivery. See Pay for Your Order for payment links and the full terms.

What size can you print?

Our current single-color setup can accommodate pieces up to roughly 220 × 220 × 220 mm. Multicolor work is limited to roughly 180 × 180 × 180 mm. The usable space depends on the model and orientation. Some larger projects can be printed in parts and assembled; ask us to check your idea.

Will a deck box fit my cards and sleeves?

Check the product description and tell us your card count, sleeve type, and whether you use double sleeves or top loaders. Capacity varies by design. We’ll discuss fit before confirming an order. Display-style Deck & Dice Organizers fit the pictured top loader; the Throne style does not.

What does a 3D-printed finish look like?

Fine layer lines and small surface variations are normal. We inspect each piece and remake prints that don’t meet our standards. If finish or precise fit matters for your project, tell us before we begin. Keep prints away from high heat and ask about suitability for the intended use.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Please get in touch before production begins if you need a change. Our published policy is that deposits on customer-canceled orders are nonrefundable and sales are final, with refunds where required by law. We’ll explain any effect on price or timing before agreeing to a change. See the payment and cancellation terms.

What if there is a problem with my print?

Contact us with the details and photos so we can discuss it. Our published policy offers a conversation about a repair or replacement at a reduced fee, typically covering labor and materials, without limiting any rights required by law.
